From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly staff who helped with our luggage and parked our car, to being welcomed with prosecco and a personalized message in our room, we felt truly pampered. the central location made it easy for us to explore Dublin's attractions on foot, from Trinity College to Dublin Castle, and the nearby bars and traditional pubs added to the charm of our stay. the room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a luxurious bathroom that made us feel right at home. the staff's professionalism and warmth truly made our stay exceptional, and we felt well taken care of throughout. Aileen at reception went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, making our experience even more memorable. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, a true gem in the heart of Dublin.
